Come celebrate the spirit of the season, open your heart, and take some time for self care right before the holiday. We’ve all been running crazy this month so this is the perfect time to rest, relax and renew your body. Enjoy this restorative yoga class amidst blankets, props, and the beautiful sounds of the gong. Poses will be held for 5-10 minutes to maximize therapeutic and ultimate relaxation benefits. Give yourself the gift of repose this holiday season.

This class will allow you to relax and center your body and breath. Balance the yin and yang to lead you through a calmer and brighter holiday season.

The practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as conscious sleep, is the place between the waking state and the sleeping state. There are many PROVEN benefits of this practice such as reduces fatigue, calms the mind, boosts concentration and creativity, supports brain function and so much more!
This introduction to Yoga Nidra is led by Mike Casey (500RYT) & Heather Huffman (200RYT), both of whom received their continuing education in this practice.
These classes are FREE to members and $10 to non-members, Sunday Nov. 24 and Dec. 15 at 5:30pm.  Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring socks. Props will be provided.
